SCHEDULE OF ASSETS AND DEBTS (FL-142) (here)

The Schedule of Assets and Debts is not to be filed with the court. The parties will be instructed to list all known community and separate assets or debts. Assets which are in the possession of another person should be listed as well.

The party is instructed to specify the value of the asset as of the date of signing the declaration, unless the party specifies a different valuation date with the description.

CLASSES OF ASSETS
There are sixteen classes of assets:

  3. Jewelry, Antiques, Art, Coin Collections, etc.
  4. Vehicles, Boats, Trailers
  5. Savings Accounts

  9. Tax Refund
  10. Life Insurance with Cash Surrender or Loan Value
  11. Stocks, Bonds, Secured Notes, Mutual Funds
  12. Retirement and Pensions
  13. Profit-Sharing, Annuities, IRAs, Deferred Compensation
  14. Accounts Receivable and Unsecured Notes
  15. Partnerships and Other Business Interests
  16. Other Assets
